- Rich in beta carotene, or vitamin A. Other natural sources from your diet are carrots, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, apricot, mango and melon just to name a few. A diet rich in vitamin A is not only critical for healthy skin, it helps maintain eye health, supports the immune system and plays an important role in thyroid and adrenal synthesis.

- Rich in anti-oxidants, the chemicals that fight free radical damage ( the attacks from pollution, refined foods etc), thus helping the skin look younger.
